Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Do not share your account, attempt to access another user’s account, or use automated tools to scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments & refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. By purchasing a course or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including applicable taxes.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. If you request a refund, you may lose access to the refunded content. Certain promotional or discounted purchases may have additional eligibility requirements described at checkout.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment and/or suspend access until the issue is resolved.
• Where required by law, refunds may be offered beyond this policy.

Intellectual property

All course materials, including videos, text, downloads, designs, and assessments, are owned by or licensed to GDSchool. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from course content without prior written permission. Removing watermarks, access controls, or other protective measures is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or distribute malware. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service or its security features.

• No sharing of private course links, keys, or restricted materials.
• No uploading content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or violates third-party rights.
• No automated access that degrades performance or bypasses rate limits.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics, or embedded content. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.

Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.
